Make your team's AI follow your playbook.
Tekhnea keeps your company's AI skills and brand voice working in every AI tool your team uses. Change a skill in one place and it updates in Claude, ChatGPT and every department that relies on it.
Turn a rule on. That's the only edit anyone makes.
Using Client email reply
Using Client email reply
Same skill, same request, two tools. The client is made up.
The playbook exists. The AI doesn't follow it.
It's in a Custom GPT someone built in the spring, six Claude Projects and a brand PDF. Every copy drifts on its own, skills sit unused, and each person's AI sounds a little different.
Every department gets its own skill bank.
Support, Sales, Marketing and the rest each keep the skills for their own work, owned by their own lead. Every bank follows the company voice automatically, so nobody has to copy it in.

Built so the AI actually picks your skill.
Nobody types a skill's name. People open a new chat, write "reply to this" and hit enter. Claude and ChatGPT then choose a skill from its description, and vague or overlapping ones get skipped.
- We test every skill with the kind of requests your team really types, plus requests that shouldn't trigger it.
- We rewrite the description until the right skill gets picked, and show you how often it fires.
- When Claude or ChatGPT updates its models, we test again and tell you what slipped.
Replies that sound like your company, whichever tool wrote them.
Write down how you sound, what you call things, what you never say and the lines that have to appear. Every department's skills inherit it, in every AI tool.
How a change reaches your team
Write it
A lead writes or edits a skill in plain English. Start from a doc, your website or a few good examples.
Approve it
The skill's owner signs off. Every version is kept, so any change can be undone.
Publish it
Tekhnea sends the new version to each AI tool as a native skill. Nobody on the team installs anything.
See it used
Check which skills get used, by which departments and in which tools.
Find out which of your skills the AI ignores.
Send up to five skills or prompts your team uses. We'll show you which ones overlap, which are too vague to get picked, and send back a rewritten description for each. It's free.
- Paste your skills into the form.
- Ben reviews them himself.
- You get the problems and rewrites by email.
Questions
Why isn't my Claude or ChatGPT skill being used?
Both tools choose a skill by reading its name and description. If the description doesn't match how people ask, or overlaps with another skill, the AI skips it. The full guide shows how to fix it.
Can I use the same skills in Claude and ChatGPT?
Yes. Write a skill once in Tekhnea and it reaches each tool as a native skill. Edit it later and both get the new version. More in this guide.
Can each department have its own skills?
Yes. Each department has its own skill bank with its own owner. All of them follow the company voice, and a change to the voice reaches every bank.
Do you read our team's chats?
No. Tekhnea puts skills into your tools and counts how often they're used per skill and per department. It never reads or stores chat content. How we handle data.
